Literature Survey of Big Data

Abstract

Traditional DBMS software packages are inadequate to handle voluminous data sets called as Big Data. Big data alludes to datasets that are big, as well as high in assortment and speed. Because of the quick development of such data, arrangements should be considered and given with a specific end goal to deal with. In this paper we have done literature survey of Big data, its characteristics, structure and architecture is discussed in detail. Then we have highlighted some of applications of Big data.
