Design & Fabrication of Automatic Weighing System for Pihkol Material

Abstract

A large percentage of Indian Industries are working on manual operations. These operations reduce the accuracy and efficiency of working resulting in losses in time and money. Hence, Automation is becoming the necessity of today�s scenario with growing completion and need to withstand global demands. Automation is the use of various control systems for operating equipment such as machinery, processes in factories, boilers and heat treating ovens, switching on telephone networks, steering and stabilization of ships, aircraft and other applications and vehicles with minimal or reduced human intervention, with some processes have been completely automated.. The Manual work result in loss of time and wastage of product which further resulting in economical losses. So, we decided to develop an automatic filling and packaging station for the Industry to overcome all the disadvantages of the manually filling practices. We are sure this system will be fruitfully for the industry.
